Kanye West Accused of Drugging and Assaulting Ex-Assistant at Diddy-Hosted Studio Session

Kanye West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has filed an amended complaint this month, alleging that West drugged and sexually assaulted her during a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Although Combs is facing separate charges for sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution, Pisciotta did not accuse him of wrongdoing in the lawsuit.

According to the amended suit, Pisciotta alleges that she and her former artist management client, who remains unnamed, were invited to a studio session hosted by West and Combs in Santa Monica.

According to Pisciotta, during the session, drinks were served and it was announced that “everybody had to drink, if they wanted to stay.” After a few sips, Pisciotta claims that she “suddenly began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state,” and “felt less in control of her body and speech.”

According to the complaint, Pisciotta woke up the next morning “feeling physically ill and confused.” The documents also state Pisciotta felt “immense shame and embarrassment,” believing she “got drunk in a business setting.”

Pisciotta claims she has no memory of what happened that night after she drank but believed that she had been drugged. According to the lawsuit, “the drink she was served was laced with an unidentified drug.”

It wasn’t until years later, when West referred back to that night and admitted that they “did kind of hook up a little,” that Pisciotta realized she had been sexually assaulted by West during the studio session. West then allegedly laughed and told Pisciotta, “women love to say they don’t remember.”

The lawsuit states that Pisciotta considered resigning immediately following the revelation but feared retaliation and being blacklisted. According to the suit, she knew she “had to be extremely careful about the way in which she distanced herself,” and planned to “quietly disappear” once she received the bonus that she was promised by West.

She “chose to blame herself and move forward rather than getting to the bottom of who had drugged her and what, if anything, happened to her that night,” the lawsuit added.

Pisciotta worked for West from 2021 to 2022 as his personal assistant. She claims she was promised a $3 million bonus when West promoted her to Chief of Staff in September 2022. She was terminated the following month and claims she never received the bonus.

Pisciotta sued West in June for sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination. In the initial suit, Pisciotta claimed that she was hired as an executive assistant with a promised $1 million salary, requiring her to be on call around the clock. She also accused West of sending her sexually explicit text messages and masturbating while he was on the phone with her.
